| Duties
include:
The chairman
of the Technical Committee directs the technical effort of the Chapter.
He/she must have intimate knowledge and full understanding of the procedure
for producing Institute technical studies and reviewing technical documents
in accordance with the Institute Document Guides. the chairman reports
to a designated Board member as indicated on the Chapter Organizational
