| The chairman of the By Laws Committee must be completely familiar with the Institute and Chapter by laws, Certificate of Incorporation, and the Rules of the Board of the Institute. In addition the chairman should seek the advice of the region directors on all amendments to the Chapter by laws to be certain that they comply with the aims and objectives of the Institute.
